Pastry chef and social media star Amaury Guichon continues to amaze the world with his impressive chocolate creations. Recently, Guichon showcased the full scope of his talent by making a gigantic chocolate banana sculpture that broke the Guinness World Record.\n\n\n\n
Using only chocolate and food coloring, Guichon built an enormous half-peeled banana with a tip dipped in chocolate. It measures 66 in (167.64 cm) x 29.57 in (75.1 cm) and is deemed the largest chocolate sculpture of fruit by official Guinness World Record evaluators.\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere are a handful of us chefs in the world able to craft chocolate at that scale. Not only is the material very precious and expensive, but it requires a lot of work, year after year, to be able to master it enough to bend it to your will,\u201d Guichon explained. \n\n\n\n
