Blurring the line between artist and therapist, Adam J. Kurtz, is our favorite person on Instagram these days. Describing himself as hopeful but realistic, Kurtz is interested in the ephemera of daily life, a nice little thing that makes you feel better for some reason, and creating honest, accessible work.

swipe to see how perfect this year’s planner is 👌 and would you believe i picked this cover in february??? accidentally nailed it it’s never been more important to look for and appreciate the moments of good, especially after a year that’s redefined a lot of our personal understandings of what we need to be happy. there’s actually no cussing in this planner so forgive me but this year fucking sucks and i have been sustained only by really appreciating the small but significant things that happened over the last six months, and realistic hope from positive changes that i can control in my own future. the planner is upbeat but not blindly optimistic and packed with journal prompts and activities (like my books) in between months. plus TEN sheets of stickers! available on my website at shop.adamjk.com
