\u201cI grew up in the Netherlands, but when I was a child I went a few times to Cairo with my parents, that was wonderful,\u201d she shared with Berlin & Coconuts Blog. \u201cMy mother is from Egypt and my father from the Netherlands.\u201d \n\n\n\n Graduating from the Willem de Kooning Academy of Visual Arts in 2005, she has worked as a fine art teacher, ran a creative workshop company, and now tends mainly to her creative work. \n\n\n\n Her intricate illustrations focus mainly on women, creating multi-layered scenes that are full of color and splendor. \u201cWomen are inspiring for me, maybe because I grew up with 3 sisters,\u201d she said. \u201cMost of the women I paint are inspired by my sisters.\u201d\n\n\n\n Feast your eyes!\n\n\n\n
