If you’ve ever wondered what would be the perfect present to give your friend who has a pet, the answer is easy: a portrait of their pet. With that, we present you with Charlotte Wellings, a gifted artist from Lark and Bark, who does beautiful animal paintings.

When she founded Lark and Bark in May 2020, she knew that her goal was to create lasting memories. All you need to do is send a picture of your furry baby and wait for the canvas to arrive. They also provide high-quality mugs, cushions, puzzles, and more.

Wellings has recently participated in a heart-warming project where she teamed up with the Animal Welfare Charity Wild at Heart Foundation and created a series of 18 portraits of rescue dogs from all around the world, including shelters in Bulgaria, Greece, and South Korea. The ultimate goal was to “encourage people to open their minds and hearts to the dogs who need them the most and help them secure a loving forever home”.

To see some of her animal portraits, check out the gallery below. You can enjoy paintings of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other adorable creatures. Don’t forget to follow her on Instagram to keep up with her work.
